Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you will have the following tasks:

  1. Providing customer support for two Shopify applications (via chat and email)
  2. Ensuring communication with L2 support
  3. Creating supporting documentation for users
  4. Assisting users with application setup
  5. Proactively communicating with users
  6. Setting up and automating CRM (Intercom)
  7. Improving Customer Support and Customer Success processes
  8. Conducting demos and training for users
  9. Participating in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees in the Customer Success department
  10. Testing new releases

Requirements

To work with us, you have to:

  • Have at least 2 years of experience in Customer Support/Customer Success (management experience is a plus)
  • Have excellent written and spoken English (B2 level or higher)
  • Have empathy towards customers
  • Experience in eCommerce, Shopify, and B2B is a huge plus.

  • Salary between €600 and €1,000 gross/month (based on experience and interview outcomes)
  • Probationary period: 3 months;
  • 100% remote work;
