Description
As a Customer Success Manager, you will have the following tasks:
- Providing customer support for two Shopify applications (via chat and email)
- Ensuring communication with L2 support
- Creating supporting documentation for users
- Assisting users with application setup
- Proactively communicating with users
- Setting up and automating CRM (Intercom)
- Improving Customer Support and Customer Success processes
- Conducting demos and training for users
- Participating in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees in the Customer Success department
- Testing new releases
Requirements
To work with us, you have to:
- Have at least 2 years of experience in Customer Support/Customer Success (management experience is a plus)
- Have excellent written and spoken English (B2 level or higher)
- Have empathy towards customers
- Experience in eCommerce, Shopify, and B2B is a huge plus.

- Salary between €600 and €1,000 gross/month (based on experience and interview outcomes)
- Probationary period: 3 months;
- 100% remote work;
